Remote Control 12V 330watt Toy Tractor

Image
Overview: I’m looking for a High power remote controller to switch on/off the power to my children’s “John Deere ground force” 12v tractor if necessary. According to the specifications on the tractors the motors are 330watt and are driven by 12v battery. 330/12=27.5 amps. So I guess I need a 30amp controller. Solution:         We recommend the model of 1 channel 30amp 12V remote controller (S1PU-DC12&C-2). Its maximum current output is 30amp. It is suitable for appliances with AC110~240V or DC0~28V because of its normally open & closed relay contact. There are 3 working modes in it. The transmitting distance is about 100m (300ft). It is enough for you. You can see its wiring diagram. We suggest that you should learn this wiring way. That will be much convenient to you. Wire tractor’s motor to “A” terminal and negative terminal of receiver. Use a wire to connect “B” terminal and positive terminal of receiver. And wire positive and negati...

30A Remote Control for Pool Light

Image
Question from customer: On my swimming pool I have a switch to ON/OFF the light(2 x300 watt projectors on a single switch). Do you have any solution so I can remotely ON or OFF this pool light? Answer: Our suggestion is that you can use 1 channel AC power&30A output remote switch (S1PX-AC220+C-2). According to the description, it is 1 channel 30A remote controller with direct current output. It is applied for controlling light, motors, fans, electrically operated doors/ locks/windows/ blinds/cars or other appliances with AC100~240V. The working distance is about 100m, but if you want to prolong control distance, you can add an external extended antenna. The wiring is very easy. Pool lamp is connected to L&N OUT terminals on the receiver. And supply AC power to another L&N terminals of the receiver. You don’t have to supply any current to pool lamp because it can get power from powered receiver. And you will get a handy transmitter with 2 buttons. We recommend you c...

How to Make Motor Rotate in Positive and Reverse Direction by High Power Remote Control

Image
We are going to demonstrate that our 30 A high power remote controller controls high power motor to rotate in positive and reverse direction. This kind of controller is activated by dc 12v power supply with 30 A current output of each relay. It is very favorable for high power device. It also has four working modes including toggle mode, momentary mode, latched mode as well as momentary + toggle mode. First of all, let’s see material preparation. 1 x 2 channel dc high power remote control receiver (S2PU-DC12) 1 x 2-button remote transmitter (C-2) 2 x dc12v power adapters Some lines Secondly, see the wiring diagram below, B is normally open terminal; C is normally closed terminal and A is common terminal. Connect terminal C to the positive and connect terminal B to the negative. Terminal A is supposed to be connected to the motor. Note: The Power supply of receiver and motor must be provided individually in order to avoid interference between them. Switch on the power O...

High Power Remote Control Application for Elevator Conveyor

Image
Our company manufactures Alfalfa Cubes for domestic and export use. In order to export this product we must load them into a 40' sea container. We use a potato pillar that has been modified for this purpose. It has a hopper to put the cubes into and screen out the fines, then the cubes travel up an elevator conveyor to a 20' boom conveyor that is inside the sea container. In order to maximize the weight we need the ability to move the boom left to right, up and down, and in or out. We also need to be able to stop and start the 2 conveyors. This is currently being done with electric solenoids over hydraulic and a control box with a cord back to main panel. The main problem with the corded control box is it is quite bulky and the 30' of cord is a chore to drag around. It also tends to get dropped so we have to replace the switches quite often, as well if the cord gets run over we will need to change it out or repair it. So we went looking for a cost effectiv...
