We are looking for a remote control kit to remote control light through a hallway at a restaurant. It is meant to signal the server that food is ready in the kitchen. We are looking at the Long Range 2000M 1 CH Momentary Remote Control Kit. This looks like a reliable solution but I have a question... Is there any way of knowing if the light attached the receiver is actually turned on without seeing it. I realize the bulb may blow now and then, but on the whole they need to be sure in the kitchen when they signal the server the light is actually on.
